Key Requirements
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Governance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in governance consulting or similar role
- Proven track record of successful governance projects in East Africa
- Strong understanding of public sector operations and challenges
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Swahili is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance improvement initiatives across multiple projects
- Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies
- Conduct institutional assessments and capacity building programs
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
